    It’s not unscientific at all. A great many scientific endeavors and discoveries begin with simple observation. Alexander Fleming got started on penicillin when he noticed that his staph cultures, contaiminated with mold, weren’t growing around the mold patches. He could have just said bad words and thrown the cultures out, but instead he got curious about what he saw.

    Frazz is right. You definitely need to collect more data. Your sample size needs to be much larger. Perhaps two semesters. ;-)
