Coffee Tip: I add 4 grains of kosher salt to my double espresso to cut the bitterness, which is not much due to the quality of the beans that I grind. Try adding a few grains of salt to your coffee till it no longer taste bitter. If you use sugar or cream, it is not an issue; do not add salt.
