Poor Alice has Petey for a brother(Though his dioramas may someday make him rich and famous). Beni may be an only child…but his family seems the most normal of the gang.(I still say that it is he that will end up married to Alice.) But Dill’s family is, without a doubt, the most interesting family in the Cul de Sac

Is it usual to have terraced housing in a cul-de-sac ?

Unibrows look even sillier wearing a hat. Wear a ski mask.

Actually her hat is an intermeshing rotor helicopter, not counter-rotating, which is great thinking by her brother since these helicopters do exist. Since there is no need of a tail rotor to compensate for main rotor torque like in regular helicopters, this could actually work if there was enough power in her hat, and unlimited imagination.

Miss Bliss must be a really good teacher if they know what counter rotating props are.

Dill does not have Helicopter parents! ☺

I love Cul de Sac. This and Wallace the Brave so wonderfully capture the alternate universe occupied by children.

Yes! Love the Dillman, and this is my favorite hat of his. He takes us on so many great adventures with it. He could cover a lot more ground trick or treating with it. He could be IronDillman, or TransformDill, or his own superhero.

I’m humming Ride of the Valkyries which is during that helicopter scene in Apocalypse Now.
