Broomie, if you want the governor or any politician to listen to you, you need to include an unmarked envelope stuffed with bills in the 10 and 20 dollar denomination range. Crook, It’s the only language they speak.
Many times, when politicians solve a problem, they create another problem from their solution. That guarantees job security because there will always be problems. ;-p
If things are still the same; a letter carries more influence than an email and an email carries more influence than a text. They are judged by the effort put into the message. There is time, effort and money put into a letter. A senator once said that in his office they figured that for every email they received, there were 10 more people that agreed. For every letter they received, there were 1000 more people that agreed.
Most of the real effort has already put in – she said that she (already) wrote a letter. She pretty much can’t waste any more effort. She might just as well send it.

I wonder what those “reforms” are. Legalizing zapping, for instance?

“No! If zapping is legalized, everyone will want to do it. That just can not be allowed to happen,” shouted Broomie.

Too bad she cannot delete the governor with that button, she’s going to have to settle for zapping.

Imagine what would happen if everyone could legally zap and be zapped.

I used to work for a municipal Government, and actually everything STOPPED if one old lady complained to the Mayor.

Good move, Broomie — complaints are wasted on politicians!
