The moth’s perspective may differ.

All the sweaters these days are polyester. Moths aren’t interested.

My bug bear is why do moths just fed on your suit trousers and leave the coat untouched. I’ve had four suits ruined this way.

Now we know where mothballs come from.

Only the larvae eat things, adult moths just mate, lay eggs and die.

Our house came with a Cedar closet… no bugs in there.

the door is mormally shut at all times. HOW do moths get in there ?

She looks to qualify as a sweater girl?

Lost a wool sock one year and then the NEXT year found what was left of it under the shoe bench. Now it is my holey darned sock.

Gaaah been there. Moths prefer the softer, finer wools. I wear thrift shop found cashmere under (because they almost always have a hole somewhere) other tops. Have used a holey one as a decoy to keep the little bastar@s away from the heavier wools. It works pretty good, not 100%.

Very droll, but moths don’t eat wool etc. Their larvae do.

Moth balls and/or cedar are quite inexpensive.
