God loves Annie too much to keep Oliver. His one liner yesterday “certainly not here” reminded me of our late Dame Maggie Smith, especially in her role in Downton Abbey. Possible good news yesterday – I spoke with the gal who found the siamese several weeks ago, and the other family with 3 kids who wants her would have her outside, and she likes that I would give her a quiet indoor home, so my chances are good. We will meet sometime early this week. I’m thinking of naming her either Luna or Pearl.
Off topic: Dana built a whole door for another bedroom where Arlo lives Arlo isn’t quite right in the head and attacks all of the other kitties. He was another of the feral kittens from the rednecks behind them. He fell off of the brick wall and Deb found him. She thinks he hit his head or something. Anyway, he really can’t be around the other cats. So, he has his own room with a people bed, a tv he watches (he likes NASCAR) and a cat tree by the window. With the full lattice door, he can see the other cats but not attack them. Deb spends a lot of time with Arlo. She lays on the bed with him and watches NASCAR with him. Dana made a name sign for him for the door and Deb puts up seasonal wreaths.
Just say thank you but no, Oliver. Annie and the other kitties need you down here more than they need you up there. On another note, saw three golden crowned kinglets, a junco, two Steller’s jays, a wren, two sparrows, and a dragonfly while out walking today.
Please pray for Miss Abbie McFlooferson, she’s at the vets with kidney failure. If you believe in miracles her mummy needs one. She’s lost 2 this last couple of years already. Thanks

I will be selfish and wish he says, “No.” Annie needs him. We do, too.

Be patient, St. Pete, Oliver will eventually be there to play and cuddle with you. But not for a long, long time.

He’ll have to decline your offer. There’s a sweet little girl he must return to.
