You were upset and complaining you never get a gold star, then you ask for the box of them to look at then said you would lick them for the teacher if she wanted .
Schulz must have read Laura Ingalls Wilderâs Little House books. Pa Ingalls was mentioned playing 127 different songs. Songs which made up American life at the time.
well maybe Snoopy, however IF the songwriter is the same as the law writer we might get better understood laws that didnât need 100 dollar an hour âlawyerâ to explain what the law supposedly means. js
Snoopy is quoting Scottish politician/patriot Andrew Fletcher in the last panel. Basically Fletcherâs thought was there would always be a Scotland as long as there is Scottish music, regardless of what England did. So the joke is Snoopy uses a quote, like most of his legal quotes, that makes no sense in the given situation.

Miss Tenure seems like your typical union teacher, Snoopy will have to go to the Union president and appeal the decision !

What care i who makes the laws of a nation?
Let those who take care its rights and wrongs
What care I who caresâŠfor the worldâs affairs?
as long as I can sing its popular songs?
Let me sing a funny song
With crazy words that roll along
And if my song can start laughing,Iâm happyâŠ.
