One time, years ago, there was a huge snowstorm. It was so bad that a friend of ours went out to shovel the driveway every hour. However, the storm turned to rain & washed all of the snow away! Another friend wanted to wait until the storm was over to shovel & it turned out that he didn’t have to.
In Moscow, part of the snow removal system involves jet engines pulled from the Korean-War era Mig-15’s. Supposedly some of them are still working after more than 70 years.
