Why do people worry about a pound or two??? If you are healthy, your clothes fit OK you are doing well. Your weight will fluctuate up and down all the time, don’t fret. We haven’t had a bathroom scale for 34 years now and we are doing just fine.

If you don’t think five pounds is much weight, try carrying a five pound bag of sugar around with you

In the winter you can blame it on the added weight of full-length thermal underwear. In a pinch you could ‘add’ the weight of the water in your hair that must not have been fully toweled off. Wait, did you clip your finger and toenails?

My weight fluctuates 1 to 3 pounds week to week. Easy on the take out, those have a lot of calories, anytime I get take out I split the entree into 2 meals.
