Didn’t all dictators start that way—Genghis Khan, Hitler, Pol Pot, etc.? Now, in the case of the Orange Baboon, the blood is his own (so far), from that shooting in Pennsylvania.

I think this 22-year-old strip has new currency thanks to the news from Syria.

This is probably far closer to the truth of the situation than most in ‘the business’ would admit.

In 2001 we went to Afghanistan to get bin Laden. The government was the Taliban who refused us and gave safe harbor to al Qaeda. We overthrew the Taliban in under 90 days and turned the country over to the Afghan people. At that point we should have pursued bin Laden and obliterated al Qaeda, and left after. Instead Bush2 put Afghanistan on the back burner and invaded Iraq. Mired in Afghanistan for 19 years, tRump surrendered Afghanistan to the Taliban. Pure stupidity.
