I’ve got a nice Pinot Gris waiting in the rack to inject tomorrow. Does wonders for the tenderness of the dark side of the bird. Come to the dark side, we have wine!! Likely a good Cab with dinner.

Yup. Great stuff from the Okanagan Valley. We had a few days down there this last summer. Great wine and fruit.
