Most cats will be glad to share a part of a mouse they caught. Back years ago when we let our cats outside, they would even bring us home live ones to play with.

(I would rather get underwear or a neon shirt.)

Ah yes, we love our cats and in return they love…that we love our cats…[ repeat)

We never gave or received birthday presents in my family, so it’s okay if my cats don’t give me a birthday present. I’m used to that.

Kitty needs a few push aways

All my cats are healthy, what better gift? We have another huge storm coming through the next few days, a few feet of snow in the mountains and 90% chance of a few inches of rain for us. We need it!!!

Two of my four cats are getting chonky. I think it’s time for me to cut back on the treats (plus, treats are getting bloody expensive!)

My grand cat, Plopper Cat, (Plopper.cat on his FB account), is 18 and failing. My S-I-L adopted him as a kitten. My daughter has had Plopper in kitty diapers since @Friday. He stopped eating, even by hand. So sad.

No presents from you? Fine, Kitty, but don’t expect me to make a big fuss over YOUR birthday. On another note, saw a squirrel, five juncos, and six varied thrushes while out walking today.
