Nah! We’re going to say you feel good and chipper and unusually fit ‘cause you got to bed early and had a good night’s sleep. That always does it for me.

My blood sugar is in the normal range for once. I have no idea how that happened. Like Fred, it worries me.

No, Fred. Feeling unusually fit does NOT mean you are getting sick. It’s more likely to mean that you have been sick a long time and are now over it.

Fred enjoy the moment and just go with the flow ;-)

Exactly! Those moments grow less & less as you grow older. And, sometimes they start VERY early in life, like your 30’s.
