Let’s try an absurd concept: Love. Even love of your enemy. You don’t have to LIKE him, and you can do all in your power to defeat him, but do not return his hate with hate.
After war, hate is the ultimate negative sum game: nobody wins and both sides lose. Hate diminishes the hated and consumes the life of the hater.
I have an impossible dream: to turn a nightmare into a dream. My lance and steed are ready and my windmills await me.

We can indeed. I wish it were that easy. It wasn’t a good year. (Including for me. I was in the hospital twice in two months. Pneumonia is no joke.)
