The glass of wine and the skimpy dress do not look to me like accessories of strong women.

And here’s to the 43% of men who are not afraid of them.

And may they quite asking me to carry in their groceries because the bags are “heavy.”

And may they have the wisdom to discern between being strong and being officious.

And may they use a deodorant.

Men who are comfortable around strong women are comfortable with themselves around strong women imho. Strong women have been around all my life from my mom who was a young widow when my dad died to the few in my life today and they all know I was taught the meaning of what it is to be a man, to be loving and gentle, how to respond to aggression and everything in between. Teach your boys the same, I am finding more and more that young men do not know what to do when faced with adversity. Boys need to know how to face adversity, Life isn’t fair.

Yet all you fools couldn’t elect one for president – over a freaking baboon.

Agreed. If your lucky like I have been. You also marry them. I was fortunate and have a partner. Someone as strong as I am. We made 32 years so far.

And I’d add, “And may we date them!”
