Everybody phoned in sick in 2020, so I retired.

There’s something wrong with my eyes. I can’t see coming into work today.

I once called in sick from a nice seawall motel in Galveston. I worked in Fort Worth.

Am sure they don’t mind, they are usually more productive when you’re absent.

Went home sick Friday morning. Lost 3 days pay and the attendance bonus, expensive weekend.

That’s probably because of w… people getting jobs where better qualified people should have been hired. Many companies are dumping those practices is a good thing.
