If I want to hear from you I’ll stop oiling your joints!

I’m confoozed. He has wheels, and yet he walks.

I wish I could do that and lose weight.

I resolve to lose weight and halve my annual grocery bill.

I’m going to eat every other day.

Monty was too easily discouraged this time.

“Just rewrite a few lines of code…” Yeah, I’ve heard that before. I hope the changes were carefully debugged and tested so he doesn’t turn into a psycho killbot…

Monty – just put that sheet of paper under your pillow & sleep on it. I hear people can learn through osmosis that way.

There’s a deep philosophical quandary embodied in this toon. How does a sentient robot, programmed to obey its original instructions, come up with ideas about what to do differently? Could it decide to undo any of Asimov’s 3 Laws of Robotics?
