Santa doesn’t want them to see what he’s going to do next.

Nope. They were on Santa Time, so only a few minutes have passed, or no time at all. Even Scrooge met with & traveled with, 3 spirits Chistmas Eve Night & was up bright & early Christmas Day Morning.

If it ends like this I’m going to be really MAD. What happens to Santa and his wife, Will Clyde ever be the same again, and what do Miles and Kevin get for Christmas?

The snow-laden air of the North Pole shimmered with a quiet serenity as Kris Kringle stood before the two boys, their wide eyes reflecting the warmth of his gentle smile. The echoes of their grand adventure still lingered, carried on the whispers of the wind, yet the time had come for farewells.

“Do we have to go?” one boy asked, his voice laced with reluctance, the innocence of youth wishing to linger in the realm of magic and wonder.

Kris knelt to their level, his gaze both tender and wise. “Aye, my young friends,” he said, his voice deep and steady, like the roots of an ancient tree. “Every journey must find its pause, though seldom its end. You have walked through shadow and light, and the lessons you carry will serve you in the world that awaits.”

The boys nodded solemnly, their hearts heavy yet full, for they understood. Kris continued, “Faith and love, these are the true gifts of this season. They are the lights that guide us through darkness, the bonds that mend what is broken. Even brothers, estranged by time and hurt, can find their way back.”

As he rose, the boys clutched each other’s hands, drawing strength from the bond forged in their adventure. Kris smiled down at them. “Take heart, for your story is far from over. You return to your families, your own Christmases, but the lessons of this journey shall remain.”

With a flourish of his hand, a shimmering portal began to glow, leading them home. “Go now, young ones,” Kris said. “The season is yours to carry forward, as I have carried it through the ages.”

As the boys stepped through the light, Kris turned toward the horizon, where his own trials awaited. For though one chapter had closed, another lay ahead, waiting to be written. And so it was that hope endured, as stories, like the stars above, never truly end—they simply pass their light to those who follow.

Frankly, I dislike that crabgrass has developed this habit of ending the story arc before we know what’s going on. I want to know all the little epilogue details like what happens to clyde. the exact same thing happened with the special education arc. It ended way to fast. :l

Going back to turkey will be kind of a let down for the boys, I would imagine, and then they’d have to wait a month to find out what Santa brings them. It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
