Need to give that thing a good coat of something like Mod Podge. That will keep the rain from ruining it.

I wonder why Hambot’s speech generator mixes upper and lower case?

From Hambot to Rain Man!

I always thought Tobor was the best name for a robot.

At least the inner workings are water proof, not that it gets wet very often. At least the cardboard didn’t totally disintegrate before he got back into the house.

Well, the Tin Woodman used tin, but then froze up after a rain for a considerable time.

An addition to Isaac Asimov’s “Three Laws of Robotics”:

1) A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.

2) A robot must obey orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

3) A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

4) A robot must stay out of the rain…

Poor Hambot, now he must wear pants once again, for no one wants to see his little “charing dongle” just like they didn’t want to see his exhaust port.

Knew would be ending as a robot.
