The estimated weight of all the ants on Earth is about 12 million tons of dry carbon, which is roughly equivalent to 20% of the total weight of humans. This is more than the combined weight of all wild birds and mammals.

Reminds me of the “we have aunts” insurance commercial

Thatababy is the ant agonist of the strip.

i used to bring “ant pie” to potluck dinners – graham crackers and pudding layers, sprinkles on top were “ants” – name came from my then preschool daughter’s comment: “oooh! those look like ants!”

There are some pretty cool youtube channels where people take coloring book pictures of, let’s say Disney Princesses and as they color them they turn into monstrous beasts. Some great art and cleverly done.

Well, the picnic ice-breaker game has everyone bringing something that starts with the same first letter as their name. Every one says “My name is ________. I’m going on a picnic and I am bringing __________.” So let’s see……my name is Regina. I’m going on a picnic and I’m bringing ribs.

That looks like the kind of thing I would have done to a picture like that!
