When we used to go to California we would do Disneyland in the off season. Many rides were off-line for repairs and to be refurbished. Yet, we would do 35+ rides in a two day stay and visit gift shops, enjoy a parade sometimes, and could hob-knob with the characters. It was very nice. While we were there in Pasadena, we visited a Barbie museum. Little girls and their Mom had a blast, while the Old man wandered off to the other side of the museum to look at other toys from his by-gone youth that were equally exciting to him. Good Times back in the early 90’s!
Went to Dollywood and the lines were the same way. On top of that, since most every ride is outside, everything gets shut down when there are thunderstorms in the area.

Disney is adept at ruining your experience at the theatre or in the comfort of your living room

The happiest place on earth? NOT!

I’d suggest Legoland in Billund Denmark. Sounds like the lines there are much shorter judging by this cartoon.

Disneyline. We started saving up money for that but prices rise faster than I can save….Goofy, huh?

Been there, done that, and NEVER AGAIN! They have milked all the fun out of that experience!

And that’s why they invented Fastpass.

At Disney World here in central Florida you get all that plus h377ish humidity and frequent thunderstorms.

Never had the experience; the farm always came first.

The way he draws breast’s on his characters is hilarious

And why I don’t go.

Nailed it. The only things missing are the European tourists leaning on railings and looking surly.

I read that there are no mosquitoes there

I don’t like it when the workers take the beach balls away. No fun allowed.

And there aren’t enough snacks in the world to keep your kids quiet.

I never had any desire to go.

I like when there’s a separate line for single riders.

I’ve been to Kennywood and Knoebel’s Grove. No desire to go anywhere else.
