Blackstone grill might not eat small cutlets.

Have not barbecued in years (maybe decades – he decided it was too much work for so little food for the two of us. Fine with me.

Like fishermen expecting to catch their meal.

Most the men I know can handle cooking on a grill or griddle just fine.

Christmas eve I had grill duty – lobster tails, steaks and asparagus – I was told I was allowed to keep doing meals like that : >)

We grille outside all year ’round.

That’s a grill; not a BBQ.

Well, that’s rather sad as well as funny. Men in my family not only could cook outdoors, we could start a wood fire to do it using only one match, and no paper for kindling.

Thawing out chicken breast for fajitas today.

I don’t barbecue. Too much work for too little profit for one person.

Purchased a medium wood smoker over a year ago, still learning how to keep the temp at 225F!!!!!

Typically, men are not interested in cooking unless danger is involved. There are, of course, plenty of exceptions. I remain but a warmer of frozen stuff.

Normally, Jimbo is a very good griller—in all seasons.

If you barbecue in freezing temperatures, you need serious help

I’ve always understood “grilling” to be a cooking method done either indoors on a stove or outdoors on a Weber, but “barbecue” referred only to the outdoor option. Now I know better. (What’s correct usage of “cook-out” BTW?)

Abby and Rose could have a nice dinner out with Pasquale and Clem, and come back after the Fire Department leaves.
