Carnivorous butterfies? What next?

They eat the same thing again and again

Warm beer and bread, they say, could raise the dead

Well, it reminds me of the menu at a Holiday Inn

But times have changed for sailors these days

When I’m in port, I get what I need

Not just Havanas or bananas or daiquiris

But that American creation on which I feed… ♪♫

Vegans can learn something from this butterfly, which, like all other butterflies, is also a vegan.

Monarchs don’t eat milkweed, just the larva do that. Butterflies drink nectar, but maybe they’d like a margarita once in a while.

I have to be a nerd and point out it’s only Monarch caterpillars that eat milkweed. The adult butterflies eat from all sorts of flowers. Not sure about hamburger!

Realistically, no dog would stop eating a cheeseburger long enough to talk.
