Yes! I was originally embarrassed by his speeches, but that all became irrelevant by his role modeling.

Memoria aeterna — may his memory be eternal.

And let perpetual light shine upon him. Well done, you good and faithful servant.

All of the embedded professional politicians never cooperated with Jimmy because he won and it wasn’t his turn.

President Carter is a shining example of a Christian who walks the walk.

Thank God for Jimmy Carter indeed. The world — and our country in particular — could use more of him.

Did not like him as a president (but he did arrange for a temporary peace in the Middle East), but I admire him as a person.

If I gave to every charity that puts a mailer in my mailbox, I’d be broke in a week. So I am selective to those I support. Habitat for Humanity is on my list. Shelter is the most basic of human needs.

After Carter, staring wih Reagan, the GOP has ever since dedicated its time & energy to dismatling anything a previous Democratic President does.

just saw this on the news: Pope Francis has appointed Cardinal Robert McElroy, a vocal defender of migrants and critic of Donald Trump’s first administration, as the next archbishop of Washington, DC.

Cardinal McElroy, 70, is a strong supporter of Francis’ priorities on refugees, the environment and welcoming LGBTQ Catholics. He will succeed Cardinal Wilton Gregory, 77, who was the first African-American Archbishop of Washington, DC.

“Maranatha Baptist Church, whose most famous member includes a former U.S. president, has named the Rev. Ashley Guthas as its new pastor. She becomes the church’s first woman pastor.” RC Church, listen to the Holy Spirit!!!
