I hid a box of cookies before Christmas, I found them last night.

I have had that happen !!! I am still looking for those girl scout cookies.

I did that with a really expensive piece of jewelry that I purchased for my wife’s Christmas gift. I had to search for something else. Two years later, I found it, while cleaning out my closet. Even though it was Christmas, she still lit up, when I gave it to her.

been there, done that, almost starved. (my mom did it too, I once found a xmas present in July in the back of a closet – “OH! that’s where I put it.” — Mom)

Now that is a safe place.
