Oh No …. I do the same thing? I must stop all this snacking and eat real meals. From the four food groups, whatever they are, and use that strange triangle food chart. This is just to hard, I need a snack!!
I only keep healthy snacks around the house like potato chips, French dip, tortillas and salsa… you know the 4 food groups. In the news they’re saying the food pyramid is what is causing Americans to get fatter every year, well shi et lol it is not surprising since the food manufacturers are owned by the tobacco companies – same marketing style as when cigarette commercials were aired on the telly.

My doctor told me to stop snacking between meals. So now I only snack during meals.
“Would you like some more meat loaf?”
“In a little bit, thanks. Right now, I have to eat a Twinkie. Doctor’s orders.”

Its sad that this is now a ghost strip that doesn’t do anything original. Of course, watching Garfield shovel down donuts is entertaining.
