Reminds me of the explanations and fantasy stories my parents used to “explain” things when I was a young child. I grew up as a result with a vivid imagination, which led to a vivid curiosity, which led to learning not only to find the “why” of things and increase my knowledge, but to always think outside the box when looking for solutions. I’m grateful to my parents for being not just my first teachers but storytellers as well. A little fantasy is necessary when you are very young since it increases creativity as you grow older.

Humans do have fur, just most of it is very fine, and very short. Except for some people that resemble hairy apes with their abundance of body hair!

Oh, and apparently we’re also striped according to studies.

It’s bitter cold in Chicago. Many of the dogs, especially short haired, are wearing coats and boots. Meanwhile, the cats lie next to the heat vents looking nonchalant.
