I have to say…I’ve never tried artichoke and I probably never will.

The only part that would make any sense to me is the "choke"ing part.

I love artichokes with pasta, I got to try it on pizza now.

I still wonder how many people are going to search this recipe online.

Betty excels at most things.

I love artichoke hearts in a creamy spinach and artichoke dip, but on a pizza? Hard no for me. Also, that is a very small pizza for three people. Hopefully she made two. :)

Sounds good. I wonder if there is a white sauce also.

Where are the other two pizzas? That looks pretty small.

Artichokes are delicious! Try steaming one (give or take 30 minutes in steamer). Scraping off the fleshy parts of the leaves with your teeth is much easier than you might think, not gross at all, and becomes part of the experience. I don’t even bother dipping the leaves in butter, though it’s a nice touch.

..actually had many a pizza like that at higher end restaurants. Because you have a real chef doing the ingredient combos, they are really good..

Never tried artichoke on pizza before… I’ve put figs on pizza and it was exceptional.

Better than going out for a Pizza Hut, Little Caesar’s, Papa John’s, Domino’s, Godfather’s, or Chuck E. Cheese’s pizza.
