To anyone dealing with an HOA: Most make things up as they go along. Get a lawyer well versed in Constitutional law and find out how many of your HOA rules and regulations violate your rights as a US citizen. Then sue them.

This makes no sense. Asking for ID? They’d be asking for the POA.

“The best things in life are fees” is a good line. Too honest to put on an actual card.

Friend of mine got hit by his HOA because he planted the wrong color of flowers. Petty dictators.
