It’s a kite-astroph-tree

I’m willing to bet that Dill is somewhere up in that tree.

After Charlie Brown fed it so much, the tree became KiteZilla and so began the reign of terror.

Good grief!

I see traditional kits (like the ones I flew as a child), fighting kits (popular in Asian countries), and I guess a dragon kite?

What I don’t see is a box kite. I had one as a kid, and it’s my main kite-flying memory. It flew really high!

WOW! A kite gag here and others in Peanuts and Red and Rover. Coincidence? I wonder.
