We have a preferred “Mexican food” restaurant that will usually make my favorite enchilada as a special order. I always think about other options… and then choose the one that I really do like best — spinach and mushroom enchilada with salsa la crema. Yummy! It’s a special order because that enchilada ususaly comes w/ salsa verde, which I like less than the other options.

PS: Spouse’s choices varies a little more, but most of the time she orders something with chicken. Last night it was chickent la crema enchilada. Their la crema is really awesome.

Hey they do a really great banana. You’ve got to get it when you can.

I thought only monkeys (chimps etc) only ate bananas in captivity and like other stuff in the wild. … maybe this restaurant is in captivity.

I do that at a lot of restaurants. I don’t go to them very often, so the meal is always special.
