You don’t need to be great – just successful, great is usually reserved for those who most would find boring or those who have dead for years.

The old bizarre Broom Hilda touch – nonchalantly sitting on cacti!

And a strong liver.

And trying, and trying, and trying.

Fredrik Pohl, who wrote science fiction said “A writer is the closest thing to a vegetable thats registered to vote.”

How about a vivid imagination?

She’s made it this far without a career. Why start now?

Comfortable sitting on top of cactuses?

It also helps if you’re a member of the royal family, a distinguished politician or a generic ‘celebrity’ such as an actor, comedian…etc…

Then you write a childrens book and kid on you’re an author.

Something like ‘Anthony The Ant’.

I would think sitting on those cacti would provide inspiration.

Broomy, please stick to what you do best…..blunders, eating and sporadic flying…

In school I hated writing essays and book reports. All of the authors I read ask for us to leave a review (which is all a book report really is, at least the types that most of my teachers wanted-they did NOT want a summary) as it helps their analytics. I agonize over them since I am well aware that I have no talent. Oddly, there are people who follow my reviews. I’m not really sure why. Still, it is neat.

When I was 15 I was certain I was going to be the next great American author. When I was 16 I read over what I had been writing. Since then I have confined myself to reading and reviewing

Now both of them are sitting on those sharp needles the catus has. Must have an iron butt plate LOL.
