I repeat: There is no federal law requiring American citizens to carry — or even possess — any sort of documentation. That is only required of non-citizens. Therefore a lack of documentation must be taken as proof of citizenship.

Stunningly, they argue that because they DON’T know much about these people, that justifies denying them due process!

Sworn declarations filed last night confirm the Trump admin sent INNOCENT people to rot in prison El Salvador, including a professional soccer player tortured by the Maduro regime who entered this country LEGALLY to seek asylum and has NO CRIMINAL RECORD in either country.

In a just world, Tom Homan and Stephen Miller would be indicted for this.

The men sent to do hard labor in a Salvadoran prison with no due process include:

- A tattoo artist seeking asylum who entered legally.

- A teen who got a tattoo in Dallas because he thought it looked cool.

The maladministration acted in open defiance of a judge’s orders and are laughing about it.

The men flown to El Salvador to undergo horrific hard labor conditions MAY or MAY NOT be members of a Venezuelan criminal group. They were sent without vetting or due process.

This is illegal and inhumane. Just the latest example of maga nazis defying the law and human decency.

The Traitor Trump administration is made up of vermin.

I have this to say about Trump’s “English is the official language” Executive Order. I told my aide, " To make the Big Dictionary I have pure ‘English," I would have to use a black marker and censor all of the words which are from foreign languages. We don’t speak, read and write English only in the USA. I have food items in my kitchen, refrigerator and large freezer that have Spanish, French, Italian and Japanese words on them."

I don’t speak ‘English’. I speak American.
