You have to hand it to the Blue Circle for the fitness training they provide their agents. Anyone able to offer such a long, helpful recapitulation of the situation while half running/half sliding down a hill has to have a superbly toned cardiovascular system.

I’m betting that Donna shoots as well as she drives, and will hop out of the red sports car, race down the hill, and plug both bad guys Dick Tracy-style, outshining all the cops and FBI agents.

I wonder how the blue circle recruits its agents—since failures or mistakes results in termination …..REAL termination…can’t be all that good for morale! they probably have a good retirement plan and fully paid health and dental insurance… and, of course, fully paid ‘final expenses’

And, if escape become inevitable, they could burn the papers. While the Blue Circle wants the papers, it is more important to the Blue Circle that the papers not get into the hands of the authorities.

The plot in this strip is how the plots in Dick Tracy ought to be!
