As the whip cracks close to her faceOf fear, she reveals but a traceLizz is made of sterner stuffShe is no powder puffTo escape this dangerous threatShe falls backward into the netOut of the frying pan, into the fireIt’s but a moments respite from Doubledorks ireTracy and Haku are coming on the runThey’re about to spoil the villain’s funA three way with whips of leatherSounds like the makings of someone’s pleasureBut enough about my fantasy lifeLet us return to Lizz’s strifeWill Doubleup’s revenge be satedOr is he about to be fatedTo fail in his scheme so grandAnd have his hide thoroughly tanned.
You haven’t lost your touch, it’s just that you don’t have as many opportunities as you once did to comment. Dick and Hacu must have lead in their feet as they race? to save Lizz.
I’ve got to figure out how wndrwrthg does that. I might be able to do it on occasion, provided I had two days to study it and work it out. He does it within an hour of the comic posting and seems able to do it every day. There’s a genius in that, for sure.
Tracy will dash in and clean the bad guy’s clock and itwill be another short (but great) story. Wonder whatLiz, still tied up, would do to reward Tracy?

C’mon, Haku Kou and Detective Tracy! Now! Lizz is helpless before the sadistic and dangerous [—was that redundant?] Doubleup!

Nope, that’s not Haku Kou.
The speech impediment is a dead giveaway.

If he harms a hair on my next wife (Liz), I’m gonna rip him outta my computer screen and strangle him with that whip!

Will it be our 100th? How time flies.
Had a summit with Joe, Jim Doherty and Bill Earl, and all our wives this past week in Memphis, discussing Tracy storylines for the next year.
Learned a few things, and discovered a lot more.

I think the 100th is tomorrow (June 21). 18 in March, 30 in April, 31 in May and 21 in June.

The man Tracy is talking to in yesterdays strip. A Hawaiian detective, who is a friend of Tracy’s and the stunt double for The Scarlet Sting

Why is the Dick Tracy strip starting to look like a Stan Lee comic book?
