What kind of magnet is Gunther packing?

Maybe Gunther, Rosa, Crystal, & Knute should do a double date.

Great idea fr8-cat! Then, if the first date goes so well, Gunther will have more courage to ask for second one.

I can easily see Tiff seeing Rosa with Gunther, and getting ideas of getting him, as she will feel “she already stole my crown, and now she is getting Gunther? who i know I can wrap around my finger, no way I will allow her to get him”

Knute might have an easier time getting Crystal’s attention if he were less flakey. But I do kinda like our magnetic chicken….

Well I know one thing’s for sure. He’s not from the same next as Scootaloo. (brony joke)

I hope that Gunther is going to wear something else besides his plaid shirts buttoned alway to the neck. For someone into fashion his clothes choice can’t scream out hopeless dork anymore than that!

Hey Gunther – Keep that magnetic chicken in mind for your next magic act. As far as being a chick magnet; you are a Rosa magnet, so don’t screw it up.

I’d really hate to see Tiff try to put the moves on Gunther. He is so inexperienced in this area. I don’t know if he could handle it. Especially since right now he feel’s like he could take on King Kong.

But Knute – That’s your nature, to jump through flaming hoops. That’s how Crystal sees you and that’s what she expects. And I think that’s part of what attracts YOU about her.

`Oh, and I like the “magnetic chicken” reference. snicker It’s unlike intellectual Gunther to use a misnomer, but he certainly is no chick magnet – a “Rosa magnet” as Chuck373 said.

The funny thing here for me is how Knute describes his efforts as having been nearly “Herculean” to get Crystal’s attention…. in reality, his efforts were not a helluva lot more strenuous than were Gunther’s. It just Knute’s perspective of the efforts are different. Very, very good comic today!!!!

in defense of Gunther, lot of males(specially in high school) are not comfortable with “different styles”, so they usually stuck with just one style, so Gunther stays with his plaid shirts, Brad until recently was with his one or 2 stripes on the sleeve shirts, Knute usually stay on one style(backwards cap, long shorts and sneakers),they are not as bad as Superman, who was always not just same style, but always same colors when he became Clark Kent

Aw. If Gunther took to the makeover, he’d be getting the ladies. I guess he is being true to himself which is admirable. He is a geek, period.

April 20, 2010 – Tiffany talking to Crystal: “Gunther asked me if I’ve ever had a REAL boyfriend and you know what? I never have.” She goes on to say that it’s fun to flirt and know the boys want her,but if she likes a boy she wants him to like her back.

`I guess that says a whole LOT about her personality.

Are you nuts? Why do you want him to find new troll material when he’s so recognizable now? Supremely and colossaly boring of course, but recognizable. Kinda like a recurring bad rash or dandruff – you’re sick to death of seeing it but you at least you know what the hell it is.

As to a seizure from something positive? Not on your life. Remember how he’d always snivel and whine and accuse everyone of being “cowards” and then after a good butt kicking would run away and hide? Pure fried gold when it comes to irony. It’s either that or his parole officer routinely confiscates his computer.

And it has to be said that choosing your handle as the Archie character who’s generally considered to be gay (or else has a profound oral fixation/sandwich fetish) to constantly post the “who’s gay in Luann” stats is just gravy poured over that ironic gold. Now watch for a “I meant to do that” post.

What former boyfriend? She never had one. We know nothing about her family, and given the fact that none in her family was at the pageant she competed in recently, it may be safe to assume the root of her issues came from her family.
