Does nothing matter to mommy? Lila tells her about Annie and all she can say is that Lila is a single mother? I’m starting to dislike mommy.

Nah, it a hint to sonny boy to get off the stick and marry the little girl with a daughter so he has instant family. She is tired of sonny boy waiting past her death to start a family.

This rich old lady is so out of touch with her feelings and the world in general it is pathetic. She has never had to do anything, it’’s all done for her at a price. It;’s all she knows or cares about.

Well, Dr. Dreamy needs to stand up to mommy now, or else Lila should get the heck out of there!

An adult man who refers to his mother as “Mommy” is probably not going to be standing up to her anytime soon.

So, I’m starting to hope these two make it. I have this weird sense that although on the surface they seem really incompatible, they would really build off each other and eventually come to work as a team. Go Lila!

Ooohhhh! That’s the doc! For some reason, I thought it was her gay bff, and he was using Lila as a beard for the night.

Still, the old crone has got some nerve. Annie is worth a dozen of her.

While Forgetta and Rose are bringing up a lot of issues, the strip is played mostly for laughs. I am hoping that they decide to get married—this mix of characters could support a lot of running gags.

Sounds like the Dr. hasn’t brought up Annie with Mom.

I am sure he hasn’t brought up a lot of stuff to that shallow old bat. Knew she wouldn’t have a clue so why bother.

And I would like to add. He is probably an only child. Poor guy.
