Coming Soon 👀 At the beginning of April, you’ll be
introduced to a brand-new GoComics! See more information here. Subscribers, check your
email for more details.
Someone has to do this…Here’s Eddie Cantor, the popularizer of the song Makin’ Whoopee performing it in the context that he originally performed it (didn’t try to figure out if it’s actually the original show). And since it was set up by Janis, here’s Julie London’s rendition.
I’d be very surprised if my wife lit a whoopie lamp. Her whoopie lamp went out about ten years ago when old age started catching up to her (she’s a few years older than I).
It was actually the handcuffs that she dropped on the table in front of him, and she didn’t look happy about it. As I recall, his comment was that it was her idea in the first place.
I’ve always loved the sexual innuendo in this strip. One strip many years ago had Arlo and Janis at the beach on vacation. Janis was laying on her stomach in her bathing suit, and panel 1-3 was Arlo sitting up and starting at her starting from her head and ending at her ass. Panel 4 was Arlo saying “Hey, wanna head up to the room for awhile?” lol You go Arlo!

Great idea . Never heard of it. We have to go away to have fun with two adult children back home . Never ever ever should have let that happen.

Now, susan, you know better than to make blanket statements like that! It might actually be a turn on…to some……..

When they were in college, a necktie on the door knob was sufficient.

JJ goes slightly nautical (but definitely naughty) with this one. This ia akin to the Navy’s “Smoking Lamp is Lit”.

@WILD0409 Yes, the innuendo is what makes it playful fun. Pity that so many people have to get stupidly vulgar about it and ruin it.
