Wow, this is the closest interface of daily and Sunday strips that I’ve ever seen. Only apparent difference is the girls’ suit and towel colors. Of course, Greg does the colors for Sunday and he farms it out for the dailys.

The analogy isn’t perfect, I know, as Quill seems to be on Luann’s side… but I can’t help but be reminded of a tomcat playing with two mice at the same time.

Yes, Let’s book Tiff for December trip down under so Luann and Quill could have some peace and quiet during Christmas Break away from Tiffany. There are many Quills down under. When she gets back to resume the spring semester, she will be in love with an Aussie whose name is not Quill.

I’ve always thought that, Tiff would be standing on a corner selling pencil, for $50.00’s a pop.

Tiffany can’t take a hint if you hid hit over the head with a frying pan with it. But three people with three blankets and Luann applies her own lotion. Gee whiz this is so exciting like watching paint dry.

I know its weird sounding to us that They can go swimming at the beach on Christmas Day while we are freezing our butts off here. Next time around I think I will want to be born in Australia..

I was just thinking if Quill and Luann got married Tiff would probably still be trying to hit on him.

go back to the 22nd and look at the suit colors.The artist does this on purpose you know.For 2 reasons.1 because it doesn’t matter what the colors are.2 because he knows that people all across the country are going to be commenting on it.Sad actually…

as funny as it sounds……………. Luann was trying to be “nicer” to Tiff…………….. I think Quill when he responded to Tiff in panel 1 was not responding so much about “winter and summer” but about “being with someone LIKE Tiff or being with someone LIKE Luann” and he would “not be with” someone LIKE TIFF

And Tiffany, wake up and smell the sunblock. Honestly, you’d still throw yourself at Quill even if he flat-out told you that he wasn’t interested, just because you’d never believe that ANY guy could possibly turn you down. Even Scarlett O’Hara had a little more class than that when it came to Ashley Wilkes!

I never comment on the strip, but enjoy reading the comments. I do think some of you need to remember it is a comic strip. With that being said, I wish Luann would stop arguing with Tiffany. Most of the time it makes her look petty. However, recently, she has come back with some nice zingers that make her look witty rather than petty.

Re:Quill – Yes, he’s attractive to Tiff, because she’s not hooked him … YET.Forbidden fruit is always sweeter – just ask Eve … at least until she understood the consequences.

I expect it to segue into Luann and Quill finally being together. Don’t you remember the teaser?

Not like you not to have been paying enough attention, Leviticus. As I recall, Tiff just barged in on them. And Luann and Quill simply agreed that if they saw much more of one another they would find it hard to face the inevitable separation when Quill went back to Australia. But surely you know how good such agreements are when people are strongly drawn to one another.

Tiffany will probably never make it to Australia. Never. Luann? Just maybe….

Every good storyline needs villains so Greg needs Tiff and others like Anne. As to weather- NO location pleases everyone across the board. I lived most of my life in burbs of Chicago and always hated winter (splurged on a bouquet of fresh flowers every week in winter with my groceries) so when family obligations were no longer there, I picked up and chose Phoenix where there was engineering work, year round flowers outdoors and no major weather events (Tornados, Hurricanes etc). I’ve been here 15 years and spent just about what I had from sale of my former house so I’ll not be “under water”. Now that my work disappeared, I’m still fine for my golden years and would rather not travel more than what I can drive safely in 2-3 hours. Just want to maintain what I originally put together. Sure, we will get well over 100F at times and it has to be almost that hot to get me in my pool (avoiding sun-go in after dark)

Sheriff Morcadai is Greg’s colorist and he comes in here and posts comments once in a while. I wouldn’t be surprised if he shares some of his fans’ comments with Greg – those worth mentioning.
