Roy should make a game of it. Steps walked in a day count toward some sort of XP system, along with certain types of exercise equalling extra XP Multipliers, perhaps an entire set can be considered a raid, or a boss level. In no time he’ll be a knight, or find his head stuck in under a bench press.
One of the battles I constantly have with my mom is over my weight.[]By the BMI, I’m “morbidly obese”. []Thus, as far as my mom’s concerned, any health complaints I have must therefore stem from my weight.[]Thing is, even when I was doing a heavy workout schedule (2 days weight training alternated with 2 days water aerobics), my weight never dropped below 40 pounds above what the BMI said I should be to be healthy.[]Instead, past that point what weight I lost I gained back in muscle mass. []Roy’s built similarly to me. Thus, it’s quite possible that Roy’s in a similar situation: he’s naturally big, and so the standard weight measurements don’t apply to him.

If Cathy bought him a ST-TNG ceremonial uniform that is two sizes too small. He would lose 40lbs to get into it before the wedding.

There are two kinds of people. 1) Those who are physically fit and 2) normal people. So says Lazarus Long who is a retired middle-aged fat guy

I thought Roy (and Kathy) were doing Weight Watchers. Did they give up? I didn’t see that strip if they did.

I try to be physically fit…..I guess I’m not normal. If I don’t exercise or at least stretch, my legs become restless at night.

Get Roy a Striiv! He can start out simple and it will challenge and encourage him to do more each day. It works!
