Getting “taken for a ride”?! In an ambulance?! With Stiletta fully aware that the cops are fully aware?!This can’t be good for the reputation of EMS. Or for Tracy and Sam.

Doesn’t wreaking vengeance on a helpless captive involve tormenting them with the knowledge that they are powerless to save themselves from your diabolical scheme? Where’s the fiendish delight in letting him think all is well? Not that I’m speaking from personal experience or anything.

Incidentally, you don’t need a pump to drain blood from someone. The stuff comes out fine under its own pressure. Or so I’ve heard. (Seriously, if you want to kill someone in a hospital, you take blood samples. Endless blood samples. One of my brothers needed a transfusion after his doctors got a bit too enthusiastic with their tests.)

This lady is whack. Just what does she have in mind for our hero now? I’m sure it’s going to be fun finding out!

wy hasnt stiletta removed sam’s wrist wizard the moment they found him? kinda odd. oh and billthompson… stiletta was using the pump to drain tracys blood SLOWLY.. if you hit the artery or just open the vein, they bleed out too quickly.. stiletta is a sadistic one, thats for sure

The blood draining was used by Moriarity in an old Sherlock Holmes movie – guess she watches alot of late night TV .

Her plan to remove the bullets and then let him slip away seems crazy but then the Jones clan haven’t exactly been the model of mental health.

Where’s the SWATs, fer cryin’ out loud? Call all the donut shops! Find ‘em! Macy needs help! He’s only been missing for a month now; is Sam the only one who cares?

Alright! The chase is on. Could this be an intentional low-speed chase like OJ?

….going for a ride? With 20 police cars surrounding them outside? Oh, that’s right…….for some reason although Sam alerted them long ago not a one has arrived yet, riiight! I’m starting to wonder if the purpose of this story is to see how big a plot hole they can slide by us, lol. I mean, sure, you allow them to some degree to enhance the story, but at some point they start to hurt it instead, making it too unbelievable. I’m not talking the “age” thing…..obviously overlooking that is a necessity, and all comics do it to some degree. But here we’ve had the baddies knowing Tracy would be injured, able to hijack an ambulance AND pick him up in the same one, “arouse suspicion” buying hospital room decor you could snag at Home Depot (and surely a surgeon; ie Franz; would have access to the rest), have a guy selling balloons write down the exact address of where Tracy was taken for them, then Sam hide under a bed instead of simply drawing his gun and arresting them….and now this. It’s like rolling dice…..if a guy rolls the number he calls once, it’s believable….twice, harder but still in the realm of possibility. But if he does it 5 straight times, you go "hey, no waaaay……’ And that’s kind of where we’re at here, I think….so the sooner “Moon Maid” arrives, the better…can’t wait!!!

In the AUgust 11 strip, Sam says that he will call for backup once he knows that Tracy is here. In the next strips, he may not have had a chance to call in.

And not in the facebook way! Really got to get him to quit smoking! Come On..Need to find ‘bodies’ to fill these slot, guys who we feel are better, soon. It’s gonna be a while. Again and again Dick is laid up in bed and everyone else does his work while he lies about. Typical. .Sammie’s about to be sightless along with witless. Too bad I really liked that guy……. Oops, that Officer.

@Josiewhales:Have to agree with Vista Bill (show some respect, I believe he is your elder, so probably familiar with this strip for longer than you!) and tsull1212. Is this the 1st time you’ve seen the current team’s efforts? As I’ve said before, Chester Gould seems to be on their shoulders & he’s proud!
