Hmm. The Bride of Frankenstein? That’s a pretty oblique connection, but I can’t think of a better explanation for the name. I always did enjoy her.

Note it’s the Elsa Lanchester public library. While the library is named for the Bride of Frankenstein, Lio’s home town could be anywhere..like Hell, Mich., f’instance.

Can’t even remember the last time I went to the library! Do a lot of reading though, just that I buy most of what I read.

Elsa Lanchester also taught Elvis Presley yoga in “Easy Come, Easy Go”. :-)

It seems to me most patrons go to the library just to go on the computer, not check out books.

I’ve watched my library go from two floors to one floor with a lot more “download this” and e-read that".

It’s great you have a library card but do you have a last name?

Mom took my sister and I to get library cards as soon as we could read. Sixty years later it’s still a favorite destination. Thanks, Mom!

I couldn’t live without my library. I have a pile of print books and another pile of Kindle books that I’ve checked out from my library. It really is the best!

I love reading books so much but haven’t for a long time; I’m always reading news, etc. on the internet and it takes up a lot of time. Plus, I can’t seem to pass up an interesting link to some other information…(sigh.)
