“Cheaters” meaning glasses is somewhat old-fashioned slang, and far from literal (in fact, the metaphor isn’t self-explanatory), but a rig like Kevin’s could certainly be under suspicion of doing more than “cognitive enhancement” . . . unless by that you mean “cheating”.
