Oh my!

So nice to give him a present. Of course it was somewhat selfish in nature lol

when you’re done with the small books, try “War and Peace” or “A tale of two Cities”

It was planned to be eleven books but the last one came out in 2011 and the author is showing no signs of releasing another.

I spent my early adulthood waiting for and reading Wheel Of Time…worth it!

Miles, you must really want him to read this book series, don’t you?

LOL, the expressions on both Kevin and Miles was priceless.

I ‘m like Miles, I love a good series and can’t wait to get to the next one!

Piers Anthony wrote a series set in a magic land called Xanth that was supposed to only one book, but reader demand caused him to write over fifty sequels. Its appeal is in part because of the puns in the titles, (for example,‘Faun & Games’, ‘Roc and a Hard Place’ )…

And so we have come full circle.

Just start reading. If you enjoyed the first book, you’ll be sucked into the second by page two. Been there, read that.

I’m feeling some ambivalence in this cartoon ;)

Could be worse, Kevin. He could have gotten you hooked on Perry Rhodan.

I always loved discovering a really good first book of a series knowing that there were more adventures in store.

This is just like my brother’s reaction to me reading the Destroyermen series. B: “Hey, which book in the series is that?” Me: “Six.” B: “…” Me: “…out of fifteen.” (P.S. Destroyermen is an awesome series! Dinosaurs, naval warfare, lemurs that speak Latin, more dinosaurs, volcanoes…definitely check it out!)
