Good morning guys!

This time of day

I have to say

I really need to get myself to bed

Especially when

This story’s end

Caused my eyes to roll within my aching head

It may not be long

Before the Fat lady’s song

Is heard from East to the West

But hopefully that day

Will experience much delay

And the strip will again be one of the best

The Spirit hardly had to put an effort into this at all. Looks like the Double Am is nicely subdued.

The Spirit has style that’s for sure…..

I guess you could say Denny Colt really got into the “Spirit” of this adventure! ….(I know,back into the corner.)….. :>D

The Spirit and Dick Tracy make a great team. They should team up more often. Fire Sam Catchem because the girls don’t like him anyway.

Well, I sure hope The Spirit has only subdued him…Tracy really needs to bring in a live one every now and then. I wonder what the real Am has been up to while all this commotion has been going on?

The “Double Am” is all choked up right now and The Spirit is getting in a sit-down breather.

Looks like the great AM is now the dead PM…

I don’t think it’s quite kosher to kill your suspects, although I suppose it saves the cost of a trial.

They’ll need a stretcher for one body, a deisel crane for the other.

I’ll bet he won’t be dead. Just strangled unconscious.

Double Am is so clumsy. He accidentally stuck his neck in Spirit’s sling.

I can see it now, the real Am will come down, scoop up Not Am with one arm and Denny will say “You ok with that? He’s kinda bulky.” to which Am will reply……..(wait for it)

“He’s not heavy… he’s my double.”

“I’m sorry Mr. Spirit, but we had to add these damages to your bill.”

OK, the guys on the 27th floor have been caught, question is, caught for doing what, other than wanting to run from(or shoot) the cops. Once again DT fails to wait for back up, instead just charging in to a situation that he has zero knowledge of. IOW, DT could have waited and then gone in with lots of cops

In that dark alternate in BTTFII, Marty’s mom lived on the 27th floor.

WAITWAITWAIT I GOT IT!!!!! If The Great Am is the original, and he has admitted to using doubles out of necessity… would the doubles then be considered “MEDIOCRE AM’S” (c’mon.. this is comedic gold here kids! lol)

Nice touch of humor from the Spirit, entirely in character. Let Tracy be the grim d**k here; it’s in his job description.

I do hope more will be revealed regarding the late, self-styled “Perenelle” and the “Elixir of Life.” Were both real? Were both fraudulent? What was the mix?
