Violent Nitrates now at large. Shady Silver. Snarling Sprocket.

She pays no dues. Won’t wear her shoes. She killed Stiletta Jones

He chocked a man to death one time. No sorrow in his bones.

They are now free, as we can see, relieved and yet confused

Who arranged to break their chains as justice was abused?

Will Lena join the duo, liberated from the zoo?

Devoured ample evidence, the least that they could do.

A reunion sweet and yet replete with growing trepidation

Who has done them this good turn? They seek illumination.

Now facing benefactor, he who shall explain

Author of autonomy. Meet Public Domain.

Hmm …

Did the driver stop. So Silver could get a pack of smokes??

In celebration of the return of the “Silver” screens, Vista Bill has retired to the theater for some of his old celluloid replays.

Public Domain has an interesting look, particularly his nose. It reminds me of a lion’s nose but it’s fairly distinctive in any case.

“Public Domain .” Great name!

Free birds! And these birds will never change! Couldn’t resist.

“Public Domain” sounds like someone has issues with copyright law. It reminds me of the storyline that brought BB Eyes back from the dead, and running a DVD bootlegging operation.

I’ll bet that the next time we see Silver, he’ll have found his long cigarette holder.

If he worked in a school cafeteria, would he be Public Ptomaine?

The Nitrates find themselves freed yet indebted to Public Domain. While the Nitrates have demonstrated their capacity for deadly violence, they may be beyond their depth. Gould would sometimes introduce a criminal whose demise would come not from Tracy, but from an even deadlier criminal. Will Public Domain prove a graver threat to the Nitrates than the trials from which they’ve escaped?

All that’s missing from Pubic Domain is the use of the male lion motif, maybe even a place where he feeds enemies and failures to.

Ok, a little silly with the name, but I’m on board. Let’s see where this goes…He looks more like a “Dr. Death” or something more sinister.

Public Domain, ehh? There’s nothing halfway about that name! It’s straight-out canting. With the Nitrates former connection to “old” films, one can see why this egghead would break them out of the joint and into his service.. What nefarious deeds is he proposing? Bit-streaming bootleg movies? Something more drastic?

He does have a bit of an “oriental” cast about him, while his widow’s peak calls to mind Ming the Merciless. Will Public (may I call him Public?) also spring Lena Hyena? Hail, hail, the gang’s all here! Or nearly all?

I guess Public Domain hired the Nitrates because they’re cheaper than day rates.
