I’ve been ‘out of the loop’ on this for many years now … but aren’t you supposed to remove more of the leaves so that the ‘buds’ grow bigger?

People have started getting my message. As I have said, the anti-spam diatribes and the self-congratulatory spam flaggers have become more tiresome than the actual spam.

The demonization of marijuana was politically motivated rather than based on science. Because the criminalization of marijuana infringes on constitutionally protected individual rights of liberty and freedom of thought, our courts should require our states’ showing actual harmfulness, rather than only politics as basis. In New York our legislature in the 70’s did make a finding of no harmfulness, clinching this argument. Now, it turns out cannabis THC oil taken orally, about a gram a day for 60 days cures all kinds of cancer! Google Rick Simpson, the discoverer, to check it out. Then there’s Thomas Jefferson in his autobiography stating among his fondest memories was smoking hemp and ”observing as far as the eye can see.”

corzak, that’s called “suckering”, or at least that’s what we called it when I worked on a shade tobacco farm in my youth, and yes, it should be done. Having too many leaves and offshoots takes nutrients away from the main plant, which grows stronger and larger after a little pruning.

Hmmm, as Johnny Appleseed’s product has been “improved” for the market to now taste like cardboard-would “commercialization” ruin yet another crop?

They will never allow pot to be legalized—The drug cartels and their policeman friends are making much too much money to let that happen. The police are NOT stupid! They know that the war on drugs is unwinnable. It’s the “values” voters that are the real dingdongs!

When Zonker finds out the Giant Pelosi’s have been smoking the Bush League Rangers, he’ll want those seeds too.

Glad to hear Zonker still talks to his plants. And that it runs in the family!
