Did Ralph quit his job as a park ranger?
If nothing else, the cape will prevent his back from getting cold.
Is his park ranger job only seasonal?
I hold my receipt out as a sign of honesty and the only time I have been checked is when I bought a TV, We had a nice chat about how many people try to steal TV’s these days.
