Panel 4 has a Ditko-esque feel to me. Very cool.

The ship has said the Holly, Kirbee, Chic and Irving are “safe”. Not if they’re in one of these bubbles.

Sure glad Wally’s an engineer. The only thing missing is a breast pocket array of writing instruments

Posting that last comment, and something emerged in my mind…Wally refers to “human batteries”—-human, no matter what they’ve gone through, no matter what they look like. Still human.
