Oh boy! She has to walk a mile or so and dig it out of a ditch. Oh what fun. We’re due for 20" today and I’m not going anywhere. I plan to make ravioli.

This is very timely, as we’re about to get 8-to-12 inches of the stuff, starting right now as I type this. (I live in NH, if anyone’s wondering.)

They would have already cancelled school if they received that much snow. New York City cancelled classes yesterday for the blizzard hitting today. We are having a warm spell here in Missouri! Yay!

Living in sunny (?) Ecuador, I could rub it in, about your winter weather, because it’s summer here. But that means it’s our rainy season.

The rains usually come in the evening and persist until early morning. Often, like last night, they’re torrential – flooding streets and homes in the cities and towns, washing away bridges and roads in the country.

There’s no escaping Mother Nature !

But I’ll take a little rain on my parade over cold and snow, thankyouverymuch !

Michael is asking why he has to go to school? The way he is talking in the first panel, he obviously needs some grammar and elocuition lessons. Michael, you just answered your own question!

Had a snow shower this morning. Didn’t even settle on any of the roads, but I had to clean off the car to drive to work.

As if the snow isn’t going to be there when they get out of school!

John’s lucky he’s at work (probably) or he’d be shoveling Elly’s car out of that mess.

We lived in Northern MI for 22 years, an average year saw us get a total of 200 inches. Thankfully with several warm days in between. Which is why we moved to South Texas less than a year after youngest grad. from HS. Heat I can handle, snow, not a chance, not any more

In KS we did not have much of a winter more spring weather and Saturday summer weather. So many with nasal issues like I am going through. Trees are budding too early.

Perfect example of the selfishness of youth.
